Our Information

Dave Sanger Tennis Coaching works in partnership with Southbourne Tennis Club to provide social and competitive tennis coaching for all ages and abilities.  Dave Sanger heads up the team of coaches, assistants & volunteers to deliver squad training and coaching, competitions, individual lessons, fun events at Southbourne Tennis Club and lessons at local schools.

Individual and group coaching is offered for everyone to enjoy, whether you are 3 or 93, a complete beginner or a high performance player we have a team of highly experienced, fully LTA qualified and licensed coaches.

Southbourne Tennis Club was Dorset Club of the Year in 2012/2013/2014/2015/2016 and were Dorset & Regional Disability Programme Award Winners 2017 & 2020.  DS Tennis Coaching and Southbourne Tennis Club provide all types of tennis and coaching for Juniors, Adults and people with Disability.  

We have established long standing relationships with local Primary and Secondary Schools, with local Youth Groups, Specialist Disability Centres and Schools.

We are a trusted partner for Dorset LTA and run many events for them.

Our junior tennis programme is one of the best in the county.  Over 150 children enjoy tennis lessons with us every week as part of our junior and mini coaching programme, including some of the best junior players in Dorset.

We offer coaching at many local nurseries and primary and secondary schools.  Please contact us if your school is looking for some expertise in tennis coaching.  All our coaches are DBS checked, first aid trained and hold adequate insurances.
