Our Autumn/Winter Mini & Junior Coaching & Competition programme begins on WEDNESDAY 6th September 2023 with our weekly Mini & Junior Club Night (4-6pm) & Junior Coaching (6-730pm). We are aiming to run 4-6pm sessions on weekdays daily, with Monday having the 4-5pm Mini RED session for beginner/intermediate players....
COACHING
Our Mini & Junior After School & Saturday programmes are detailed on the JUNIOR page of our COACHING section of the club website. Monday to Friday we have Mini/Junior after school sessions running 4-6pm & some days we have Junior sessions running 6-730pm & Saturdays we run 9-10am, 10am-12pm & 12-3pm sessions.
COMPETITION
For Mini & Junior players wishing to compete there is a full list of recommended events for all age groups on the COMPETITION section of the club website, which includes details of Ilfracombe players already entered. We have highlighted a few venues within a reasonable radius from Ilfracombe & would recommend parents get together to share transport duties where possible as this helps to keep the costs down . This is a full listing so if you want age group specific inbformation there is the MINI TOUR page that lists 8U, 9U & 10U events speparately & there is a JUNIOR TOUR page that lists 11U, 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U events separately.
FREE T-SHIRTS & HOODIES
COMPETING Mini's born 2013 or later can benefit from a FREE LTA (British Tennis) T-shirt & Hoody after completing 20 & 40 competitive matches respectively in any one ball colour (RED, ORANGE & GREEN). There will be some promotion for competing juniors born 2012 or earlier.
