We are very pleased that you have decided to join Broadstairs Tennis Club and wish to extend you a warm welcome and look forward to seeing you on court. This letter provides you with useful information about the Club and its facilities. We now have six artificial clay courts.

The key fob for the clubhouse door (to turn the floodlights on/off, and for the key to the toilets) can be obtained on the payment of  £10 in cash. If you would like a key fob please email info@broadstairstennis.net. For security reasons if you are the last person to leave make sure that the courts and clubhouse are locked.

The keys to the toilet facilities are kept in the Clubhouse. The clubhouse also contains a first aid kit, and remember that it is important that any accidents are recorded in the accident book.

Use of Courts

The courts can be used up to 10 pm, seven days a week. Courts can be booked in one hour slots (not more than two hours consecutively) using the ClubSpark online booking system at https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/broadstairsandstpetersLTC/Booking.

Floodlights are included in the price of your membership. The Club has six social tennis sessions every week where you can come along, meet other members and enjoy a game. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 10 am to 12.00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6.30 pm to 9 pm.

Appropriate sporting attire must be worn at all times - no vests or bare chests please. To protect the court surface, tennis specific shoes must always be worn on court.

Parent/Guardian members are reminded that they can play tennis with their club junior member(s) only,  and they are unable to play at Social Tennis sessions or with other adults.

On a final note, the Club is managed by a small group of committee members, all of whom are volunteers. If you would like to be involved in any aspect of the Club we would appreciate your assistance
