Eldon Grove Tennis Club is a not-for-profit community club. which is run by volunteers.
We have a range of membership packages one of which will hopefully suit you.

By joining the club you are becoming a member of Eldon Grove Tennis Club which is a section of Eldon Grove Bowling and Tennis Club 2015 Limited a Company limited by guarantee
By applying and paying for membership you agree to abide by the Tennis Clubs Code of Conduct which may be viewed on our website or in the folder located in the Club pavilion.
By becoming a member of Eldon Grove Tennis Club
- you confirm that you are fit to play and not playing against the advice of a GP or Hospital Doctor. If advised of this during your membership you agree to inform us and to not play. Please ensure you include emergency contact information when registering.
- you confirm that you consent to the Club and the LTA holding relevant personal data for the purposes of the Data Protection Act.
The Management Committee have the right to reject any application and to refund payment. Our policies make up the rules of the club and may be viewed on our website or in the folder located in the Club pavilion.
Any concerns about the welfare or safeguarding of a child or vulnerable adult should be reported to the Welfare Officer, Angela Stonehouse, in accordance with the Club's safeguarding policy.
Memberships
We have three different types of membership: Honarary, Full and Associate.
- Lifetime - those granted Honorary Lifetime memberships at an AGM or EGM
- Full - Family 2 adults and all children, Family 1 adult and all children, Senior, Student and Unemployed
- Associate - Youth, Parent/Guardian, Social
Other Information
- Members Clubhouse Key Deposit – £5 (one off, refundable on return)
- Pay and Play for non-members £8.00 per hour pre 6pm
- Pay and Play for members FREE

Memberships
Adult Membership
12 months membership
First Year Full Adult Membership at the club, with access to all facilities, courts, teams and priority booking.
Eligibility: 18 years old and above upon signup. Not in full-time education.
Age: 18 and over
Junior Membership
12 months membership
One Year Full Junior Membership at the club, with access to all facilities, courts, teams and priority booking.
Eligibility: 11-17 years old upon signup.
Age: 11 - 17 years
Mini Tennis Junior Membership
12 months membership
One Year Full Mini Tennis Junior Membership at the club, with access to all facilities, courts, teams and priority booking.
Eligibility: 10 years old and under upon signup.
Age: 10 and under
Parent/Guardian Membership
12 months membership
One Year Parent/Guardian Membership. For use with a Junior Member for practice purposes. Access to facilities, courts and priority booking.
Eligibility: Parent/Guardian of a Junior Member at the club.
Single Adult & All Children Membership
12 months membership
First Year Family Membership at the club for one playing parent and all children. Access to all facilities, courts and priority booking.
Eligibility: One playing parent and all children under 18 upon signup.
Social Membership
12 months membership
One Year Full Social Membership at the club. For non-playing, social access to facilities and events.
Eligibility: Non-playing Social Member wishing to support the club and receive access to facilities and events.
Student or Unemployed Membership
12 months membership
First Year Full Student/Unemployed Membership at the club, with access to all facilities, courts, teams and priority booking.
Eligibility: Student or any Unemployed Adult upon signup. Proof of student status may be required.
Two Adults & All Children
12 months membership
First Year Family Membership at the club for two playing parents and all children. Access to all facilities, courts and priority booking.
Eligibility: Two playing parents and all children under 18 upon signup.
